Идея бредовая по самому своему смыслу.
GC встроен в виртуальную машину.
Ассемблер виртуальной машины оперирует не адресами, а объектами.

Так что это всего лишь очередная реализация эффективной компиляции 
текста на Java в native binary. Идея эта убивает саму концепцию Java.

А реализаций этого уже до фига.
